Beschreibung

Mit der neusten Variante aus der Reihe der kapazitiven

Einzeltaster

von

Schurter

werden

noch

kleinere

Tastpunktabstände realisiert. Die Taster lassen sich in

einem Raster von 15x15mm anordnen. Der CSE15 uG

(Capacitive Switch Element unter Glas) ist ein kapazitiver

Taster / Schalter der durch einfache Näherung bzw.

Berührung mit dem Finger ausgelöst wird. Durch eine

werkseitige Einstellung in der Empfindlichkeit sind die

Taster hinter nichtleitenden Materialien ( z.B. Glas,

Kunststoff, Holz, Keramik etc.) von bis zu 20mm

einsetzbar.

Neu

an

diesen

Tastern

ist

auch

die

einfache

Anschlusstechnik

über

einen

Platinenstecker.

Teure

Anschlusskosten bei der Installation der Einzeltaster

werden auf ein Minimum reduziert. Der Platinenstecker

kann bei dem Bestückungsprozess der Grundleiterplatte

mit aufgebracht werden. Der Einzeltaster wird durch

einfache

Steckmontage

bestückt

und

somit

in

die

bestehende Elektronik integriert.

Description:

The newest variation in Schurter’s collection of single

capacitive switches allows for yet even smaller switch key

point spacings. The switches can be arranged for a grid of

15mm x 15mm. The CSE15 uG (Capacitive Switch Element

under Glass) is a capacitive switch which can be actuated

by the touch of a finger or simple approaching. The

sensitivity of the switch can be customer specified and are

usable behind non-conductive material( glass, plastic,

wood, ceramic, etc.) up to 20mm thickness.

New for this switch is the simple connection system using a

PCB connector. Expensive installation costs for single

switches can therefore be reduced to a minimum. The PCB

connector can be incorporated in the mounting process for

the basic PCB. The single switch is simply mounted with a

plug-in technique and is therefore integrated in the existing

electronics.

For the front layout there are a wide range of design

options available. On request, Schurter can also deliver

customized foil designs.

Optional wird der Taster mit PU-Schaumstoff zum Ausgleich von Montagetoleranzen geliefert.

The CSE15 uG as a Standard-Version will be produced with a self adhesive foil for fixing under an overlay.

There is also an option of a switch with PU-foam material for balancing mounting tolerances on the front face.
