Limiting values [1] The minimum input voltage ratings and output voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output current ratings are observed. [2] VCCO is the supply voltage associated with the output port. [3] VCCO + 0.5 V should not exceed 4.6 V. [4] Above 60 C the value of P tot derates linearly with 5.5 mW/K. [5] Above 70 C the value of P tot derates linearly with 1.8 mW/K. 8. Recommended operating conditions [1] VCCO is the supply voltage associated with the output port.
