Normally, all VCC lines will come up at the same time. However, due to the possibility of a Standby VCC to be applied to the VCCmod pin, care should be ensured that VCCmodisnotappliedbeforeVCCAandVCCD(whichmustbe tied together). See the timing diagram and DATA RETENTION function description. NotethatVCCA/DandVCCmodmustbeactivatedabove4.5 V for a least 30 msecs before the device can operate correctly in Standby Mode.
